Colombian Queen tells a story of a memorable sexual escapade described between a man and woman through heavy sexual content using lyrical wordplay and imagery to best convey the emotions behind the story-line. It is first of it's kind in that the hook incorporates Reggaeton by the same artist while Spanish language within some of the verse measures are used to spread some cultural elements to this track. This track was intended on paying homage to Leather 9's roots (Puerto Rico) to embrace yet another difference of his artistry.
